Adopts the internationally popular inverted T-type moving column integrated bed structure, offering high rigidity, excellent stability, and easy enclosure.

The main castings are made of high-grade premium cast iron using the resin sand molding process. They undergo secondary aging treatment after rough machining to ensure long-term precision stability.

Features a fully enclosed protective design and a dual-side spiral chip removal structure. It is equipped with a large-capacity cutting fluid tank and a convenient machine cleaning air gun. Optional chain-plate chip conveyor lifting devices and chip collection carts are available.

Equipped with a standard BT50 ring-spray spindle with an air curtain protection device, completely preventing the infiltration of cutting fluids and dust. The spindle sleeve features circulating oil cooling to ensure spindle precision and extend its service life.

Utilizes a fast and reliable cam-driven mechanical arm tool changer. Standard configuration includes a 30-tool magazine, with an optional 40-tool chain-type magazine. The tool disc adopts a bi-directional nearest-tool selection method, ensuring rapid, smooth, and reliable operation.
