The X, Y, and Z axes adopt heavy-duty roller linear guides, offering excellent dynamic linearity, high load-bearing capacity, high operational precision, frictionless stick-slip at low speeds, and low frictional resistance.

Feed mechanism for the X/Y/Z axes: Features a transmission structure consisting of an AC servo motor, a coupling, and a high-precision ball screw. The ball screw and nut undergo preloading treatment and full-stroke inspection to completely eliminate backlash.

The Z-axis is driven by a high-power servo motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake (without a mechanical balancing device). This ensures high dynamic response speed for the machine tool. Additionally, it is configured with a power-loss anti-drop safety function (in the event of an unexpected power failure, the Z-axis prevents falling and rapidly lifts to avoid damaging the cutting tool or the workpiece).
