Performance Features:

The W11NC Series Marine Plate Rolling Machine is primarily used for rolling arc-shaped plates (such as ship hulls) and pressing channel-type bulkheads. Based on customer requirements, it can be designed as either a symmetrical or asymmetrical three-roll Plate Bending Machine. A rigid crossbeam is positioned above the upper roll. Multiple support rolls are installed between the upper roll and the crossbeam, as well as beneath the lower rolls, to enhance the overall rigidity of the upper and lower rolls. All three working rolls are fully driven.

The configurations of marine plate rolling machines can be classified into the following types:

a) Symmetrical Up-adjusting Type: The upper working roll moves vertically up and down, while the positions of the two lower working rolls remain relatively fixed.

b) Lower Rolls Integral Horizontal Down-adjusting Type: The upper working roll moves vertically, and the lower working rolls translate horizontally as an integral unit.

c) Lower Rolls Independent Horizontal Down-adjusting Type: The upper working roll moves vertically, and the lower working rolls translate horizontally and independently.

d) Universal Upper Roll Type: The upper working roll can move both vertically and horizontally, while the positions of the two lower working rolls remain relatively fixed.

Versatility: Certain models integrate both plate rolling and press braking functions. They can roll arc-shaped or conical workpieces with a central angle of less than 180 degrees, adapting to various processing requirements.
