This series of machine tools can mill and form X, Y, V, and U-type grooves for stainless steel plates, carbon steel, and composite plates in a single pass prior to welding. The processing efficiency is 10 to 15 times higher than that of conventional planing and edge milling machines, with significantly improved precision and lower overall energy consumption. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection engineering, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, electric power, chemical engineering, construction machinery, bridge construction, and high-rise steel structures.

Equipment Features

Bilateral Synchronous Processing in a Single Pass: The operator inputs the plate specifications, including the upper and lower bevels and straight edges on both sides, into the system. The feeding mechanism then drives the plate through the milling units at a set speed, processing both sides simultaneously.

High Precision: Plate dimensions are controlled by a servo system. The width tolerance is ±0.5 mm, and the bilateral parallelism is 0.2 mm/m.

User-Friendly Operation: The operator simply inputs the machining dimensions into the system to achieve one-touch operation. Pressing the start button initiates the fully automated processing of the entire plate.
