Machine Purpose and Function:

The primary purpose of this machine is to continuously mill both sides along the length of the steel plate according to specified requirements, producing the welding preparations needed.

Each spindle can operate simultaneously according to the CNC program and features milling functions. The milling heads can work independently or in coordination. The system is equipped with a position self-locking protection function.

Additional functional features include:

Tool load monitoring function.

Automatic motor overload protection.

The pneumatic system features an under-voltage alarm and is equipped with a handheld air gun for cleaning the machine and workpiece.

Comprehensive electrical protections are provided, including overload, over-voltage, over-current, short circuit, and phase failure protection, as well as grounding devices. It is also equipped with reliable interlocking anti-collision, safety protection, and fault alarm functions to prevent accidental damage to the equipment.

The equipment is designed to integrate with production lines to achieve full automation.
