The SKSCX-12000 CNC Plate Bilateral Beveling Mill is an independently developed machine featuring a fixed worktable and mobile milling heads. Its main characteristics include automatic positioning, high-speed cutting, and one-pass beveling formation.
It is widely used in various mechanical processing fields, such as steel structure bridges, pressure vessels, chemical and environmental protection engineering, construction machinery, shipbuilding, and aerospace. The entire processing procedure is controlled by a CNC system. It is user-friendly and capable of achieving automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and batch production.

Feature 1: Equipped with a proprietary forming cutter head, the machine utilizes peripheral cutting to achieve high-speed, heavy-duty cutting for U-type, V-type, and I-type grooves. This peripheral cutting method aligns the cutting force parallel to the length of the steel plate, significantly reducing vertical vibrations and minimizing blade wear.
Feature 2: The control system utilizes independently designed embedded software to achieve fully intelligent control over workpiece feeding, centering and alignment, cutting, and discharging. The centralized operation control panel facilitates programming, data storage, display, and communication. It also provides functions such as error compensation, automatic alarming, self-diagnosis, and machining program simulation.
Feature 3: An Ethernet interface is reserved for remote control and fault diagnosis, enabling unattended machining operations. This effectively improves processing efficiency and enhances the safety of plate processing. Additionally, the system features a regular maintenance prompt function to remind users of timely equipment upkeep.
Feature 4: On-site installation is guided and monitored using a German SP high-precision laser geometric measuring instrument. The equipment can detect all spatial geometric accuracies, including ground leveling, guide rail straightness, and verticality. In particular, it precisely measures the parallelism and elevation consistency of the guide rails on the large-span split bed, ensuring the parallelism of the beds on both sides. This allows the machine to glide smoothly and precisely along the rails, thereby improving equipment precision and operational stability.
