Application and Capabilities

This product boasts a wide range of applications and strong machining capabilities. It is primarily used for the rough and finish machining of inner and outer ring holes in various extra-large bearing rings. The machine is capable of performing boring, milling, and drilling operations on holes, hole patterns, complex contours, surfaces, and various planes for box-type, shell-type, and bearing-type components. It also features functions such as expanding, reaming, spot-facing, tapping, thread milling, and linear/circular interpolation.

Component Quality and Composition

The main functional components and key parts of the machine are of premium quality. The equipment mainly consists of a bed and longitudinal slide, gantry and transverse slide, vertical ram-type drilling and milling power box, worktable, automatic chip conveyor, pneumatic system, coolant circulation system, balancing hydraulic system, centralized lubrication system, safety guards, electrical system, and CNC system.

Bed

The bed is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron. It has undergone annealing for stress relief, rough machining, and artificial vibratory stress relief (VSR) to eliminate internal stress, ensuring high mechanical and thermal stability.

Worktable

The worktable adopts a fixed design. Made of high-quality HT250 cast iron, it has undergone heat treatment for stress relief, allowing for convenient loading and unloading of workpieces. The worktable offers high load-bearing capacity, which is 2 to 3 times that of conventional CNC gantry drilling and milling machines.

Drilling and Milling Power Head

The square ram of the spindle box in the drilling and milling power head is made of ductile cast iron QT500-7. It offers excellent mechanical properties and high strength, making it highly suitable for heavy-duty, high-speed cutting operations.
