Overview

This equipment is a dedicated machine for metal sheet leveling. It is used to level coiled sheets and uneven flat plates in a cold state, including high-strength steel plates, carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal sheets. It is widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing, petroleum, chemical engineering, locomotive and rolling stock, bridges, metal structure manufacturing, and decoration.

Equipment Composition

The equipment mainly consists of a mainframe, a roll assembly, a movable crossbeam, a press-down mechanism, a corner adjustment mechanism or guide roll assembly, a main drive system, a dry-oil lubrication system, a foundation, and an electrical system.

Structural Features

The whole machine adopts a frame structure. The lower row of work rolls is fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row of work rolls is fixed on the movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of plates with different thicknesses. To ensure leveling precision, both the upper and lower rows of work rolls are equipped with backup rolls.
