An independent electrical control system featuring an imported PLC ensures sensitive and reliable operation.

Centralized button control is adopted, offering two operation modes: oil adjustment and two-hand single-cycle. It can achieve both fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure forming processes, and includes functions such as pressure holding and dwell time.

The working pressure and stroke are adjustable within the specified range according to process requirements.

A movable worktable is equipped to facilitate mold changes.

Applications

This product is primarily suitable for the cold and hot forming of various pressure vessel heads. It can also be used for processes such as bulging, flanging, and leveling of various thick and thin steel plates.
