This equipment is designed for the highly efficient processing of various plate beveling profiles, as well as multiple processes including drilling, milling, reaming, and boring. It is primarily used in industries such as petrochemicals, pressure vessels, wind towers, engineering vehicles, steel structure bridges, and shipbuilding. This machine is a new type of high-efficiency, heavy-duty processing equipment independently developed by our company.
Featuring excellent system rigidity, high precision, long service life, and high reliability, the equipment boasts high positioning accuracy, smooth operation, and low energy consumption, fully meeting the demands of enterprises for efficient production. The machine adopts a fixed worktable design. The gantry frame moves back and forth on the slide table (X-axis), and the saddle moves left and right along the crossbeam (Y-axis). The front side of the gantry crossbeam is equipped with a ram-type drill-milling power head, while the rear side features a heavy-duty, high-torque milling head. This dual-configuration satisfies both high-precision drilling and milling requirements and high-power heavy-duty cutting demands.
Main Machine
The main machine is a 3-axis gantry-moving processing equipment featuring a fixed worktable. The gantry frame moves back and forth on the slide table (X-axis), the saddle moves left and right along the crossbeam (Y-axis), and the milling head ram moves up and down along the saddle (Z-axis).
Main Drive
The main drive of the machine tool consists of a spindle motor mounted on the ram, which transmits power to the milling head spindle via a GTP gearbox. This design provides high torque at low speeds and a wide constant power range.
Feed Drive
The gantry frame is seated on the left and right slide tables, which perform X-axis feed movements on the left and right beds. The X-axis of this machine adopts a dual-drive synchronization and backlash elimination technology, effectively ensuring transmission accuracy.
