Equipment Composition

This equipment mainly consists of a machine bed and worktable, a movable gantry, a longitudinal carriage, a drilling power head, a CNC slide table, an automatic chip conveyor and coolant circulation system, a linear tool magazine, and an electrical system.

Application and Capabilities

This equipment is capable of performing various functions, including drilling, expanding holes, reaming, tapping, drilling blind holes, and light milling. It can process solid materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel, zirconium, Monel, and Hastelloy, as well as composite materials like titanium/steel, nickel/steel, zirconium/steel, and stainless steel/steel. Standard twist drill bits can be used for machining.
