This equipment is primarily used for root cleaning and beveling of the outer longitudinal weld seams of steel pipes. It is widely applied in industries such as large-scale pipe manufacturing, wind tower manufacturing, pile foundation manufacturing, and pressure vessel manufacturing. The equipment can quickly and efficiently clear the weld roots, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. The equipment mainly consists of a base, a milling mechanism, and other components. The base remains stationary while the milling mechanism is mounted on it. All structural components are fabricated by welding steel plates and profiles, with a rational layout of reinforcing ribs. After annealing treatment to eliminate internal stresses, the machine features excellent dynamic and static rigidity and minimal deformation, ensuring high precision and stability. The bed undergoes a grouting process after annealing to increase its dead weight, further guaranteeing superior operational stability.
