Machine Structure and Performance

This machine tool adopts a fixed bed and worktable configuration. The gantry frame moves forward and backward (X-axis) on the slide table, the cross slide moves left and right (Y-axis) along the crossbeam, and the milling head ram moves up and down (Z-axis) along the cross slide. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was applied to effectively predict and optimize the static and dynamic performance of the machine. This ensures reliable machine performance and provides a high cost-performance ratio.

This machine is capable of performing various machining processes, including milling, drilling, and boring. It is widely used in industries such as steel structures, bridges, pressure vessels, chemical and environmental protection, construction machinery, and shipbuilding. The machining process is digitally controlled (CNC), making it highly user-friendly, and capable of automated, high-precision, high-mix, and high-volume production.
