Equipment Composition

This equipment consists of a machine bed and worktable with a longitudinal slide, a gantry with a cross slide, a vertical ram-type drilling power box, a chip conveyor, a balancing system, a pneumatic system, a cooling system, a centralized lubrication system, and an electrical system.

Application and Capabilities

This equipment is mainly used for the high-efficiency machining of solid and composite materials, such as plates, discs, and ring flanges. It is capable of performing various functions, including drilling through holes, drilling blind holes, tapping, and light milling. The machine supports internal-coolant high-speed drilling with carbide drill bits, as well as external-coolant drilling with high-speed steel twist drill bits. The entire machining process is numerically controlled (CNC), enabling fully automated production.
