1. Frame Structure
The Hydraulic Press adopts a C-type structure. The mainframe consists of a worktable, a support base, and an upper crossbeam, forming a rigid C-type frame. These components are welded using premium steel plates (minimum grade Q235). The welding strictly complies with standard specifications, ensuring a smooth surface free of defects. Sufficient material and welding volume are guaranteed to provide the press with adequate safety strength and rigidity.
2. Welding & Surface Treatment
All major structural components are welded using CO2 gas shielded welding to ensure superior welding quality. Post-weld, the entire structure undergoes high-temperature annealing treatment to eliminate welding deformation and internal stress. The mainframe is coated with anti-rust paint to prevent corrosion.
3. Slide & Hydraulic Cylinder
3.1 The slide is connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and moves vertically, guided by guide columns. The outer surface of the guide columns is quenched and chrome-plated, ensuring high precision and excellent rigidity. Both the worktable and the slide are machined with "T" slots to facilitate the installation and fixation of user molds.
3.2 The main cylinder is a standalone piston cylinder. The piston rod is made of premium carbon steel forgings, and its surface undergoes medium-frequency quenching treatment. The cylinder barrel is forged from premium carbon steel, and its inner surface is strengthened by heavy roll-pressing. This ensures the hydraulic cylinder possesses sufficient strength and rigidity. Furthermore, the main cylinder utilizes imported sealing components to guarantee reliable sealing performance.
4. Movable Operation Console
The movable operation console is equipped with a centralized touchscreen device to display parameters such as the ram position, upper ram pressure, and downward stroke. It allows for preset control of the ram's downward position and pressure, and displays the status of various solenoid valves. The console also features operation buttons and function switches for all machine movements, start/stop buttons for motors, as well as alarm and monitoring indicator lights, allowing operators to easily track the equipment's working status at any time. To effectively prevent misoperations, the console includes a selection knob to switch between local movable console operation and remote control operation.
