Overview
This equipment is primarily used for processes such as structural component calibration, medium and heavy plate leveling, shaft straightening, bending, pressing, and leveling.
The machine mainly consists of a worktable, a gantry frame, a cross-traveling carriage, a main hydraulic cylinder and ram, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a safety protection system, and other auxiliary components. A movable gantry frame is mounted on a fixed worktable. The gantry frame can move bidirectionally, stop, and lock along the length of the worktable (X-axis). A cross-traveling carriage is mounted on the crossbeam of the gantry frame, moving bidirectionally, stopping, and locking along the width of the worktable (Y-axis). The ram can press down and return along the vertical direction. By moving along the X and Y axes, the ram is aligned with the pressing point of the workpiece. After the gantry frame and cross-traveling carriage are locked, the ram presses down to apply pressure and adjust the workpiece.
1. Worktable
1.1 The worktable is installed and fixed on the foundation. It is a box-type structure welded from steel plates. Before welding, the steel plates are sandblasted for rust removal, and the welds undergo flaw detection with an inspection report issued. Post-weld, the worktable undergoes overall annealing treatment in a furnace to eliminate internal stress.
1.2 The top surface of the worktable is machined as a whole after welding, with a precision grade of ≤IT7. The flatness deviation after installation is no greater than 0.20/1000mm. Guide rails for the gantry frame are set on both sides of the worktable. These rails are quenched to a hardness of HRC 38-42, ensuring wear resistance.
2. Gantry Frame
2.1 The gantry frame is a composite frame welded from steel plates. Before welding, the steel plates are sandblasted for rust removal, and the welds undergo flaw detection with an inspection report issued. Post-weld, the frame undergoes overall annealing heat treatment to fully eliminate welding deformation and internal stress. The gantry frame can move along the length of the worktable at an adjustable speed. During operation, the gantry frame and worktable are hydraulically locked. In the event of a power failure, the gantry frame automatically unlocks.
2.2 Top guide rails are installed on the top of the gantry frame to guide the cross-traveling carriage (and the ram) along the width of the worktable. Side guide rails are installed on both sides of the gantry frame to provide lateral guidance for the cross-traveling carriage, preventing the ram from deviating. Both the top and side guide rails are quenched to a hardness of HRC 38-42, ensuring wear resistance.
2.3 The gantry frame and cross-traveling carriage utilize a hydraulic locking system, which is safe, convenient, and reliable.
2.4 Both the gantry frame and the cross-traveling carriage adopt a roller-walking mechanism. The gantry frame is driven by motors on both sides and guided by guide wheels, ensuring it does not deviate or grind against the tracks during movement. The surface of the guide rails is hardened to guarantee sufficient hardness and wear resistance.
