1. Machine Bed:

1.1 The machine bed is integrally designed and welded using high-quality carbon steel plates. It features a rational layout, solid structure, and excellent rigidity, making it convenient for transportation. All critical welds undergo 100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure there are no defects such as cracks or incomplete fusion.


1.2 The entire bed undergoes aging treatment (annealing) to effectively eliminate internal stress. The widened base ensures overall stability during the milling process.


1.3 The bed is designed with a combination of a base-mounted structure and a suspended structure. This provides excellent stability while ensuring an adequate depth of cut during milling.


1.4 The whole machine guarantees sufficient rigidity to continuously meet the machining requirements for 60mm thick plates made of 960MPa-grade steel.


1.5 Mold lifters are embedded in the bed to reduce friction between the workpiece and the table surface, facilitating easy loading and unloading while preventing scratches on both the workpiece and the table. There are 10 lifters spaced at 1.2m intervals. The vertical stroke of the platform lifters is 3mm, raising 3mm above the platform when activated. The lifters can be set to remain retracted without interfering with the feeding mechanism.


1.6 A hydraulic workpiece stopper system is equipped with four sets of hydraulic stops for workpiece positioning. The stopper plates move up and down via hydraulic cylinders and are guided by linear rails. The stopper system and the feeding roller bed are independently controlled, allowing the stoppers to be set to remain lowered when not in use.

2、Rigid Reinforcement & Throat Design: Both sides of the bed columns are designed with rigid reinforcement to ensure overall rigidity when fully clamped. A throat is designed on top of the columns, making it wider than the worktable. This allows for special pass-through machining of plates longer than the effective stroke length, significantly improving the machine's utilization efficiency.


3、Clamping Beam: The clamping beam adopts a welded steel plate structure, featuring high strength, a rational layout, and excellent rigidity. Hydraulic cylinders are installed beneath the clamping beam. During operation, the cylinders press down to clamp the workpiece, allowing the beam to elastically deflect upwards normally. When the hydraulic cylinders release the pressure, the beam automatically resets to its original position.


4、Milling Power Heads: High-quality gantry milling power heads are used. Two sets of milling power heads are mounted on the lifting slides on the left and right sides of the columns. They can be electrically raised and lowered via lead screws on the column slides. A manual fine-tuning mechanism is equipped to ensure safety and accuracy during tool setting. The angle of the milling heads is adjustable: the operator manually loosens the locking bolts, the motor automatically adjusts the angle, and once the desired angle is reached, the bolts are manually tightened to mechanically lock it in place, preventing any angle deviation during operation. The machine can simultaneously machine the end faces or grooves of the plate (with different formed cutters interchangeable based on specific milling conditions), as well as process both the front and back grooves simultaneously.
