Working Principle

The upper roll can achieve both vertical lifting and horizontal movement. The vertical displacement is driven by a hydraulic system, providing strong and stable pressure to ensure uniform force is applied to the plate during the rolling process. The horizontal movement is achieved through mechanical transmission, guaranteeing precise positioning. The lower rolls are the main drive rolls, driven by an electric motor and a reducer, providing stable driving force during the rounding process. The elevation of the lower rolls remains constant, which facilitates plate feeding and operation.

Performance Features

Versatile Functions: It features both end pre-bending and rolling functions. After a single loading, the machine can complete the pre-bending and forming of both plate ends without the need to flip the plate. It can also be used for rounding (calibration) of formed workpieces.

High Bending Precision: Both the vertical and horizontal movements of the upper roll are equipped with digital display devices, ensuring convenient operation and accurate control. The straight edge length can be set freely. Direct pressure from the upper roll enables high-precision end pre-bending.

Superior Product Accuracy: The upper roll has a barrel shape, while the two lower rolls are fixed main drive rolls. The arc is formed through the three contact points between the three rolls and the metal plate, bending the flat plate to produce ideal products within a wide range.

Rich Bending Shapes: It can roll workpieces into various shapes, including O-type, U-type, and multi-radius (multi-R). By adjusting the position of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower rolls, it can achieve backward bending, forward bending, and combined bending forms.

The entire machine features both CNC and manual control systems, allowing for easy switching. It is characterized by strong anti-interference capabilities, a long service life, vibration resistance, and stable operation. The control system offers screen display, calculation, program control, process parameter storage, software protection, and human-machine interface (HMI) functions. It includes two operation control cabinets, one of which is mobile and can be moved around the equipment.
